To renew your 2011 league for 2012, simply go to your 2011 league home page at http://football19.myfantasyleague.com/2011/home/29162, log in as the league commissioner, and follow the instructions displayed at the top of that page. With one click, you'll be up and running for 2012. Now that the NFL has released the 2012 schedule, and the 2012 draft is over, all 2012 leagues (but not 2011 leagues) will have the updated 2012 NFL schedule and 2012 NFL draftees listed.
Once you've renewed for 2012, you can use the "For Commissioners > $$ Purchase League $$" option to place your order for 2012.
