June Newsletter - Order Before June 10th To Save, And More New Site Features!

Here at MyFantasyLeague.com, we're still busy working on the site for 2012 to ensure that your league experience here is better than ever before. Some of the many changes that we've already completed for 2012 include:

  1. Projected 2012 Player Stats - Due to our partnership with FantasySharks.com, we're happy to now offer 2012 full-season projected stats, available from the new Reports > Player > Projected Stats menu item.
  2. New Taxi Squad Rules - If your league uses a taxi squad, you'll see a new page available under the For Commissioners > Setup > Other Transactions Setup heading called "Taxi Squad Setup". The two taxi squad rules we now offer are: "Only allow NFL rookies to be on the Taxi Squad? Yes/No", and "Once promoted, an owner cannot demote a player again to the taxi squad for: xx days". If you'd like to see us support additional taxi squad rules, be sure to let us know!
  3. Waiver Request 2012 Package - Now that the NFL has scheduled Thursday night games for all weeks, some folks are wondering how they might set up their waivers to handle this better. To help, we've created a new packaged waiver available on the Select Packaged Waiver Rules page called "Waiver Request 2012". So, if you're not sure how you'd like to set up waivers for 2012, check out that pre-packaged option to see if it might help.
  4. New Skin - We've added one new skin to the Select A Skin page called "Social Network". We hope to add a few more new skins before the start of the season, and we're always looking for new skin ideas from our customers, so if you have suggestions, please be sure to let us know.
  5. More Wireless Page Improvements - We've made many formatting and content improvements to your league's wireless home page as well as the MFL Mobile Home Page.
  6. Default Number Of Days Trade Proposal Is Valid For - By default, when an owner proposes a trade to another owner on our site, that trade offer is good for 7 days. However, now there is a new option on the Trades Setup page called "Default Number Of Days For A Trade To Be Valid For:" which allows the commissioner to change that default to be any number of days between one and seven.
  7. Separate Trade Bait Email - The Franchise Setup > Contact Info page has been updated to have a new checkbox on it called "Send Email For: When Anyone In Your League Updates Their Trade Bait" - checking this checkbox will allow you to keep up-to-date with any changes that owners in your league make to their trade bait.
  8. Twitter Integration - We continue to add a lot of integration with Twitter. In addition to the other enhancements we've added to the site previously this off-season, we're now offering the folliwing:
    1. When a draft pick or auction tweet is for an NFL player that has a Twitter account, that player's Twitter account is mentioned in the tweet, too. Already this off-season we've had a few NFL players (Keith Rivers and Jo-lonn Dunbar) reply to these tweets!
    2. The player profile report now includes the Twitter account names for all NFL players that use Twitter.
    3. If you authorize us to post league tweets on your behalf, but later would like to remove that authorization, the Franchise Setup > Contact Info page now offers that ability.
  9. Developer's Program Enhancements - We continue to make big strides forward this off-season with our industry-leading easy and open access to league data, including: future draft picks are now available, and if you'd like to integrate your application with Twitter, too, we're now reporting the Twitter username of NFL players, and a textual description for pending trades, and more. If you're a developer who is interested in building add-on apps for the MyFantasyLeague.com platform, and reaching our audience of hundreds of thousands of fantasy football fanatics, we'd love for you to check out our Developer's Program and let us know what you think.
  10. Rookie-Only Drafts In ADP Results - We've updated our Average Draft Position report to show results for Rookie-Only Drafts, in addition to keeper drafts and full redraft drafts.
