This report only gets generated if the league has been defined to use the 'Waiver Request' or 'Blind Bidding' types of waivers for any of the defined waiver windows.  It will list out all of the player awards, the teams they were awarded to, the (optional) corresponding dropped player, and the original waiver requests by all teams.  It is designed as a tool to aid the commissioner in determining exactly what each owner had requested in any after-the-fact disputed. 

NOTE: If your league does not deem this information sensitive or private, the commissioner can enable all owners access to this report via the corresponding checkboxes on the Abilities Setup screen.
