This option can be used by any team owner to submit their vote for any outstanding polls.  Each owner receives only one vote (the commissioner may not vote as the commissioner, but may vote as a team owner).  Once an owner votes on a specific poll, he/she will only see the results from the poll.

NOTE: This option is more useful in leagues that have more than one poll at a time as it's common to show the newest poll on the league home page.
