For Commissioners > Setup > Division/Conference Setup


 

Use this option to define your division and conference names.  This screen will only appear if more than one division and/or conference have been defined on the General League Setup screen.

 

Conference xx Name - Define the name of each of your conferences here.

 

Division xx Name - Define the name of each division for each conference here.  Use the corresponding 'in Conference' pull-down field to change established divisions by placing them into new conferences.

 

Division xx  Logo URL - Enter the web address (URL) for your own divisional logos located on another web server.  You must use this option if you want to use a custom logo that is greater than 50 kb in size.  If you use this option, you should not use the "Upload Division xx Logo" option below.  Your URL must start with the "http://" text.

 

Upload Division xx Logo - If you want to use a custom divisional logo that's less than 50 kb in size and you have the image saved to your local computer, use this option to upload a copy of it to our system.  If you use this option, you should not use the "Division xx Logo URL" option above.  You can also create your own text-based logo by clicking on the HINT for this field.

 

Team xx Division - This option is displayed once for each team in the league.  If the league has more than one division, then specify which division a team should be part of using this field. 

 

NOTE:  If you select a packaged schedule for your league and change your divisional alignment, it will not automatically update your league schedule. You must re-select a packaged schedule after completing all of your divisional alignment changes if you'd like your league schedule to reflect a changed divisional alignment,

 

 

When finished, you MUST click on the Save Division and Conference Information button in order to apply your changes.
