This page is used to define automatic credits and debits for a variety of accounting transactions for your league which will appear on the Accounting report.  Definitions and changes will only affect future credits and debits.  They will not adjust past credits or debits.  Use the Edit Accounting Records screen to add or delete any accounting records (even those created by the entries on this page).

Transactional-Based Fees

The following will be added to the accounting system as the transactions have been completed.

League Fee Per Player Acquired In Waiver - Amount charged for each player acquired for a roster using one of the waivers screen.

League Fee Per Player Dropped In Waiver/Drop Move - Amount charged for each player dropped from a roster using one of the waivers screens or the Drop A Player screen.

League Fee Per Player Acquired Via Free Agent Move - Amount charged for each player acquired as a roster using the Acquire Free Agents menu.

League Fee Per Player Dropped Via Free Agent Move - Amount charged for each player dropped from a roster using the Acquire Free Agents menu.

League Fee Per Player/Draft Pick Acquired In Trade - Amount charged for each player traded for (including draft & future draft pick trades).

League Fee Per Player/Draft Pick Given Up In Trade - Amount charged for each player traded away (including draft & future draft pick trades).

League Fee Per Franchise Involved In Trade - Amount charged for each team involved in a trade.  Use this option to charge each team a set amount independent of the number of players involved in the trade.

League Fee Per Player Activated From Injured Reserve - Amount charged to bring a player off the IR.

League Fee Per Player Deactivated To Injured Reserve - Amount charged for each player placed on IR.

League Fee Per Player Promoted From Taxi Squad - Amount charged to bring a player off the taxi squad.

League Fee Per Player Demoted To Taxi Squad - Amount charged to place a player on the taxi squad.

Weekly-Based Fees

The following will be added to the accounting system as the final stats are calculated each Monday evening (shortly after the MNF game).

Credit For Each Fantasy Head-to-Head Win - Amount awarded for each fantasy win in a head-to-head matchup.

Debit For Each Fantasy Head-to-Head Loss - Amount charged for each fantasy loss in a head-to-head matchup.

Credit For Being The Weekly High Scorer - Amount awarded for fantasy team with the highest weekly point total.

Debit For Being The Weekly Low Scorer - Amount charged for the fantasy team with the lowest weekly point total.

One Time Fees

The following item will be added once the Save Transaction Fees button has been selected.

League Entry Fee - Amount charged each franchise for participation in the league.

NOTE: You can add the Accounting Balance column to the league standings report by going to the Standings Column Setup.

When finished, you MUST click on the Save Transaction Fees button to apply your changes.
