The Starting Lineups report shows you the head-to-head matchups and starting lineups for all teams for a given week of the season. At the top of this page, you can see starting lineups for any other week of the season.  Below this section is the weekly head-to-head matchup summary and corresponding point spread (technically just the average points for each team YTD).  It's generally a good idea to check this report immediately after you've submitted your lineup to ensure your request went through.  Also, click on any player's name to be taken to his Player Page.
