Choose this option to send an email to your league's commissioner.  If you are logged in as a franchise owner, then the email will be sent through your computer's email program.  However, if you are not currently logged in, you'll be directed to a form-email.  This will help deter unauthorized individuals from obtaining the commissioner's email address.
